16" for Anthony in Pittsburgh, PA.:
This 16" F4.5 "remake" built for Anthony in Pittsburgh, PA. In this example, I used the original Meade Lightbridge primary mirror and cell. Note that my truss telescopes use a "single" ring at the upper end. They are light, sturdy and hold collimation well. A focuser baffle is included as standard (traditional UTA are available as an optional extra). Please contact me for information any time. The

The scope is set up and
ready to use. The focuser is a Moonlite "green" in color with a
Destiny curved-vane spider and 3.5" Antares 1/15th wave
secondary. |

A 12Vdc fans help cool the
16" mirror. The fan is from the original Lightbridge
telescope. I've also used the original Lightbridge flotation
mirror cell (fans are an optional extra). |
